Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
   Small and Medium size print orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Large and Extra Large prints may have to be ordered from Southern California before they can ship, which means processing time ranges from 3-15 business days. Custom, original paintings, or personalized items will may take longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs
   I offer standard shipping and local flat rate shipping for locals. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Local pick up is not available.

3. Delivery Times

• Small & Medium Prints: Average of 3-5 business days for domestic 

• Large & Extra Large Prints; Average of 7-15 business days

  4. Tracking

A tracking number will be provided for all shipments when available.

  5. International Shipping

If applicable, international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

  6. Lost or Delayed Packages

I am not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to carrier issues. Contact the carrier directly for resolution.

7. Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged in shipping, please contact

me within 7 days and provide images of the damage.
