Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
   Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Custom, original paintings,  or personalized items may take longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs
   I offer standard shipping or free local pick up in San Luis Obispo, North County. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. Delivery Time
   Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: Average of 3-5 business days for domestic 

• Local Pick Up: Available by appointment

  4. Tracking

A tracking number will be provided for all shipments when available.

  5. International Shipping

If applicable, international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

  6. Lost or Delayed Packages

I am not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to carrier issues. Contact the carrier directly for resolution.

7. Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged in shipping, please contact

me within 7 days and provide images of the damage.
